Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Sparkle N Shine Mobile Detailing, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service possible, we ask that all customers review and respect our cancellation policy. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a rescheduling fee. Deposits for paint correction and ceramic coating services are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with proper notice. If we are unable to perform a mobile service due to unsafe weather conditions, we will reschedule at no additional charge. We understand that emergencies happen and will always strive to be fair.
